Switzerland Customs tariff update-İsviçre Gümrük tarifesi güncellemesi
The Tares Customs Tariff (Swiss) will be updated to 1 October 2024. This update mainly contains
- the adjustment of duty rates following the amendment of the Ordinance on Agricultural Imports,
- amendment of the PIC Ordinance, OPICChim (RS 814.82) (RO 2024 437), addition of Terbufos (CAS No 13071-79-9) to Annex 2;
- amendments to the Federal Tobacco Tax Act (SR 641.31) (AS 2024 453) (news):
- creation and modification of statistical subdivisions, see Nos :
- import: 2404.1290, 1990 and 8543.4000,
- export: 2404.1290 and 1990;
- creation of new keys for additional fees for electronic cigarettes
- 450 / 003 substitute product: disposable electronic cigarettes and
- 450 / 203 tobacco tax warehouse;
- amendments to certain ‘Remarks’ in the Tares;
- editorial changes
