European Commission Launches Dumping Investigation into HRC Imports from Egypt, India, Japan and Vietnam Following a complaint by Eurofer on behalf of domestic producers, the European Commission launched an anti-dumping investigation into HRC imports from Egypt, India, Japan and Vietnam on August 8 , 2024. The countries in question were notable for filling their HRC quotas very quickly.
